I'm here today with the ever so loved LORAC Pro Palette. I got this palette about two months ago now, but I wanted to give it a go so I can give you my honest opinion. After trying a number of different looks with this I can see why everyone loves this palette so much. Before I get into why this palette is amazing, let me tell you all the standouts. Pewter has become my all time favorite shadow. There are so many dimensions to this shadow that you can do so many looks with it. Garnet is a gorgeous copper color, and Mauve is just such a pretty color.
So lets jumps into why this palette is just about perfect. One you get sixteen shadows eight matte and eight shimmer. Two these shadows are so finely milled, that they blend like a dream. Three they are all super pigmented.
Now onto the things not so great about this palette. One the shadows are not tightly packed into the pan, so you do experience fall out. Two the packaging is very similar to the NARS packaging in that dirt clings to it. So all in all not really horrible things, just really preference.
There is a big debate between the Naked Palettes and the LORAC Palette. I can't really way in on this because i don't personally own a Naked palette besides the basics. However, I have used family and friends Naked palettes and I personally think the Lorac is the best bang for your buck. You get sixteen shadows for $42 and you get an entire row of mattes and an entire row of shimmer. Which you can do more looks with.
What do you guys think of this palette?
Which do you prefer Naked or Lorac?
