I'm a nude girl all the way, always have been always will be. I have tried my fair share of nudes since I have started wearing makeup and I have found my top five nudes that I reach for pretty much daily. The best part is that they are all budget friendly. If you read my splurge vs. steal post, you would have read that lipsticks are something I don't tend to splurge on. For myself the drugstores have me pretty much covered on lipsticks.
Now there are a bunch of different nude lipsticks to compliment diffenent skin tones. Because I have a light olive complexion I like to gravitate towards more beige tones. So here there are...
- Rimmel Lasting Finish by Kate Moss in 113: A more peachy nude, This is a nude I tend to gravitate towards when I'm not looking to tan, and it can be a bit to pale for me.
- Maybelline in Nude Lust: The most neutral nude I've found.
- Rimmel Show Off Lip Laquer in Nude Eclipse: Super pigmented and two thin layers and you can get the more gorgeous nude lip. This is another shade I have be careful does not wash me out, I tend to wear this on my paler days.
- Wet n' Wild Matte lipstick in Bare It All: My all time favorite! I have used this shade for about two years now and its just gorgeous. It is a darker nude but this allows it to be suitable for my skin tone year round.
- Revlon Lip Butter in Creme Brulee: Like most of the lip butter this is a sheer formula and is perfect for day I just want to mute down the tone of my natural lips just a bit.
