So I have been MIA for the past week and a half!!! As I said in my last post, my last couple weeks of uni were a bit hectic and well I had not time for blogging. However, today I had my last final ever (hopefully)!! So now I have ampules amount of time to blog lol. So without further ado... monthly favorites time.
This past month I really just tried to give off the appearance of flawless skin as my skin has started to clear up immensely. So I reached over for the L'Oreal True Match Lumi just about every time I used foundation. The coverage is pretty good, I'd say its a solid medium coverage, check out my review [here]. What I think has been the key to giving flawless skin has been the EcoTools custom coverage buffing brush, this is a little gem hiding at the drugstore. I decided to give this a go after seeing Lauren Curtis of youtube use it repeatedly. Seriously this brush is soo good and soo affordable, go check it out!! To achieve my flawless face I have been loving the MAC prolong wear concealer (NC30), I love this for under the eyes, it takes a long time for this to crease on me and it last forever. It also does a great job at concealing my hyper-pigmentation. I'm really happy I decide to give this one a go.
Now to the non base products. The Lorac pro has been my lover this month. It has just about every shade I could want for a neutral look, check out my review [here]. I got my first MAC lipstick [Angel] back in March and it was only recently that I have really but it to the test, I can now see what the hype is with MAC lipsticks, defiantly looking to pick up a couple more, any suggestions?
Back in March I went to get my nails done, a rare occasion for me. However, I fell in love with the OPI shade I had choose to paint my nail [My Vampire is Buff]. I looked for this shade everywhere and finally found it at Sally's! This shade has been painted repeatedly on my nails for the past month. Lastly this past month I purchased the Seche Vite top coats, has made painting my nails a lot quicker, though I'm not to sure how well it is at chip prevention.
What are some of your favorites this past month?
Have a great day and a lovely weekend!
