Cleaning my brushes weekly was one of the goal I made for my self this year, and I'm happy to say I have done alright with it. What has made keeping my brushes clean super easy is the Bare Escentauls Well-Cared for Brush Conditioning Shampoo. This is a one step cleaning solution. It breaks down all makeup even my gel eyeliner and it keeps your brushes nice and soft.
The first step it to of course wet your brush, then take a dime size amount per face brush less for eye brushes. You are then going to swirl your brush in the palm of your hand to work the shampoo into the bristles. Rinse your brush out, if it feels slimy it still has product on it. Lastly, shake off excess water, shape and lay flat on a towel. Allow up to 8-10 hours for the brushes to dry completely. You're Done!
